We are looking for professionals with proven experience in business development and technology intelligence, capable of identifying opportunities, driving growth, and strengthening relationships with clients and strategic partners. The ideal candidate holds a higher education degree in Engineering — preferably Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or related fields — combined with strong analytical skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and external stakeholders. Fluency in English is essential, as well as the ability to work autonomously, with proactiveness, resilience, and ambition to actively contribute to CiTin’s mission within the context of Industry 4.0 and 5.0.
